Channel Supplies is dedicate in providing Quality Products and Supplies at the lowest possible prices. We try to insure that our customers have a good understanding of the equipment and it's use. When you make your purchase we want to make sure you have purchased the correct equipment for your job. Although we strive to insure each purchase is a educated one, there are many products offered in the Petroleum Industry that are similar in their use and the type of results they can each obtain. If you are not sure of the name of a specific product or or piece of equipment you are trying to obtain or specific result you may need please contact us. Our Technical Manager has over 25 years of hands on experience in the Petroleum Industry working with most of the products we offer and would be glad to help you find what you are looking for.

Channel Supplies and or any of it's representatives do not offer are extend any contracts, terms, condition of sale, agreements or policy of any other company or individual. All contracts, terms, condition of sale, agreement and policy that apply to the sale of any product offered by Channel Supplies or it's representatives are stated here. Any special agreements must be presented to the owner for approval. All terms, condition of sale, agreement and policy stated here or produced in writing to the owner are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

	Prices are subject to change due to manufactures price increases.
	All quotes are good for 30 days only.
	All items are quoted FOB Kerrville, TX.
	All items purchased must be paid for in US Dollars.
	All Credit Card charges add 3% for Convenience Fee.
	Credit Card Convenience Fee and Freight Charges are non refundable.
	Special ordered items require payment in advance. Exchanges or Refunds are not accepted on any Special Order Items
	All stock items must be presented for return or exchange within 5 days of receipt of delivery. All items returned are subject to 20% restocking fee. Channel Supplies will not be responsible for return freight charges. YOU MUST HAVE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED.
	All Coveralls, Lab Coats, Jackets and clothing must be returned in original packaging with all tags and labels attached. All Clothing must be in same condition as it was sent. No Animal Hair, No Smoke, No Dirt, Must be clean and able to resale or garment will be refused and your refund will be denied.
	All shipments that require a pre-inspection before shipping will be preformed at Channel Supplies freight forwarders location. This must be scheduled prior to shipment with the freight forwarder.
	All software is NON-RETURNABLE. Conversion Wizard for Palm OS, Conversion Wizard 2007 is protected under U.S. Copyright laws. Channel Supplies holds the exclusive copyright. Purchase of this software is for the right to use only. It is in violation of U.S. Copyright law to copy, reproduce, duplicate or distribute any copy or copies of this software and is prohibited without expressed written consent of Channel Supplies. Violation of Copyright will be prosecuted. Use of Conversion Wizard 2007 software is at your own risk. Channel Supplies or any of it's representatives make no warranty on the use of this or any software and will not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damages or violation of any City, State or Federal Law from the use of or results obtained from the use of Conversion Wizard for Palm OS or Conversion Wizard 2007 Software.

FREIGHT and SHIPPING: ALL SHIPMENTS ARE PPA. Channel Supplies does not ship freight collect on any shipments. All shipping cost / freight are prepaid and add to all Invoices.

NOTICE: Short-Paying Invoices due to Shipping / Freight cost will result in account being placed on prepay ONLY terms.

WARRANTY:

Channel Supplies only extends the warranties of each manufacture of the products we offer. All claims must adhere to their individual policy.

CLAIMS:

All orders are inspected prior to each shipment. All shipments are F.O.B. our location and become the responsibility of the carrier upon pick-up. Claims for products for damages or shortages of shipping containers in transit must be made by the buyer to the carrier immediately. All claims to Channel Supplies for shortages or damages must be made within 48 HOURS after receipt of delivery. Keep all boxes and material for Inspections.

RETURN POLICY

Channel Supplies offers the warranty on all products that have a manufacture warranty. In the event the item you purchased does not come with a manufacture warranty all returns and or exchanges will be on a case by case basis. There is a 20% restock fee plus the cost of shipping per item submitted for return or exchange. Any item that is Special Order and not part of our inventory stock and specifically requested by the purchaser are non returnable.

PASTE PRODUCTS: Paste products (Kolor Kut, McCabe, Master) can NOT be returned or exchanged for any reason.

PAYMENT TERMS

Channel Supplies offers several methods of payment. We understand companies have several different methods of operating their Accounts Payable. We can work with your company to suit your own individual needs and requirements.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - PRE PAY ONLY

1. Credit Card purchase add 4% for convenience fee.
2. Bank Wire Transfer add $35.00 for the cost of bank fee.

CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

1. Prepay with company check or Western Union
2. Credit Card purchase add 3% for convenience fee.
3. Bank Wire Transfer add $15.00 for the cost of bank fee.
4. Request and submit credit application from accounts receivable. Credit applications take 1 week to process. All credit applications that are approved are subject to the following guidelines.

APPROVED CREDIT APPLICATION

1. All approved credit applications will be subject to 90 day probation period.
2. Invoice submitted for payment must be paid within the terms specified on the invoice.

3.)All invoices submitted for payment that become PAST DUE are subject to 15% late charge per 7 days. RETRO ACTIVE FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE PURCHASE.

All Terms and Conditions listed are subject to change without notice. Channel Supplies reserves the right to change or modify any and all Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The owner of Channel Supplies reserves the right of final decision on all Payment Method, Credit Approval, Exchanges and Returns.
