TEMP-TEST™ Electrical Arc Protection Wear

NFPA 70E requires workers to be outfitted in Flame Resistant Clothing that meets the requirements of ASTM F1506 when there is a possible exposure to Electrical Arc Flash. The short duration and intense energy presents a unique safety hazard. Employers must access the potential hazard and determine the flash protection boundary distance. Our products have been designed to meet standards, as outlined, for a particular Hazard-Risk Category with a minimum ATPV Rating of the value, noted in the Protective Clothing Characteristics Section. It has been confirmed by OSHA that garments which meet the requirements of ASTM F1506 are in compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.269

NOTE: All Temp-Test™ Arc Protection Products illustrated are "55-CAL". All products are available in: 11-CAL, 25-CAL, 40-CAL, 55-CAL and 100-CAL.

All garments constructed with Full Raglan Sleeves for maximum body movement. Velcro Front, Leg and Sleeve enclosures. 5-Thread Safety Stitch throughout assures minimum seam exposure. Trim items, such as Velcro Fasteners, Elastic Take-Ups and Thermo Snap Fasteners are Flame Resistant.
